📋 Description

• Partner with HR Technology and Workforce Intelligence teams to execute advanced Workday learning solutions aligned with talent and performance processes • Manage projects end-to-end, including planning, benchmarking, stakeholder identification and analysis, communications, and timely deliverables • Support and coordinate talent management projects and initiatives across the talent organization • Use learning technology to assess workforce learning and development gaps and prepare solutions • Define and monitor program performance metrics to identify innovation opportunities • Analyze management-system data and recommend improvements based on effectiveness insights • Collaborate with L&TD, business unit, and HR teams to communicate learning solutions to audiences including senior and executive leaders • Prepare learning ecosystems for AI by assessing emerging capabilities and aligning them with organizational learning needs • Research talent technologies and present business cases for innovation in internal systems and processes • Travel up to 30%

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience • Relevant experience in Human Resources, Learning, Talent Development and/or Organizational Effectiveness • Proven experience administering modern learning management platforms or LXPs • Experience advancing an interconnected learning technology ecosystem integrating platforms, data, and capabilities across the enterprise • Experience generating professional, impactful, and persuasive presentations for multiple audiences, including executive leaders • Project or program management, organization, and ability to deliver timely, quality projects • Ability to build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with agility and flexibility and minimal supervision • Strong analytical skills and ability to aggregate and utilize data to influence decisions • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship now or in the future • Proficiency with Workday Learning functionality • LMS consolidation/migration experience • Leadership Assessments Certification • Change Management Certification • ICF-certified Coach • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
