📋 Description

• Lead annual operations strategic planning, including capital investment analysis and financial forecasting • Establish and manage operational targets and metrics to support long-term goals • Conduct competitive intelligence analysis to identify industry opportunities and risks • Perform risk assessments to inform executive decision-making and strategic initiatives • Provide executive decision support through data analysis, scenario modeling, and recommendations • Support strategic reviews, continuous improvement events, and other processes as needed • Collaborate across multilevel disciplines to accomplish organizational goals effectively • Travel 25% of the time • Support Collins Operations leadership by driving strategic planning and decision-making processes

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience • 3+ years of experience in operational roles with a focus on strategy and execution • Experience with project management, including planning and execution • Prior work experience with multilevel disciplines to achieve organizational goals • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint • Knowledge of manufacturing or technical processes preferred • Familiarity with finance terminology and concepts preferred • Must be willing and able to travel 25% of the time • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship now or in the future • No security clearance required
