📋 Description

• Cross-functional partnership with GTRM pillar leads to identify relevant KPIs, including development of robust audit procedures to ensure data integrity • Develop and sustain intuitive data dashboards that translate metrics into clear insights, enabling stakeholders to act on areas of risk and responsibility • Collaborate with pillar leads and teams to identify corrective actions, leveraging the portfolio of data to monitor effectiveness of these measures • Publish robust standard procedures for managing KPI portfolio, with a focus on accuracy, executability, and repeatability • Manage, strengthen, and develop processes and tools providing visibility and compliance across the authorizations management function • Manage processes and tools for AMOCs and RFIs, ensuring completeness of requests and partnering with RTX Corporate to identify and implement standardization initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of global trade or data analytics experience; OR an Advanced Degree and 7+ years of global trade or data analytics experience • Demonstrated success managing continuous improvement projects based on data-driven insights • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik) • Experience with navigating and integrating data from disparate sources (e.g., SQL, Databricks, Access) • Understanding of the fundamentals of a GT compliance program for a globally operating company • Knowledge of and experience implementing best practices for managing, visualizing, and applying statistical analyses to large sets of data • Prior experience working within relevant areas of GT compliance (e.g., export authorizations, export classifications, HTS classifications)
