📋 Description

• Define the product vision, roadmap, and success measures aligned with DT strategy, functional priorities, and enterprise architecture standards • Serve as the primary business representative for the DT agile team • Own and manage the product backlog, including epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria • Partner with Scrum Masters, Developers, Architects, and Functional SMEs on sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other business functions to gather requirements and validate user needs • Ensure products comply with DT governance, cybersecurity requirements, cloud and data platform standards, and regulatory considerations • Lead product demos, sprint reviews, and stakeholder engagement sessions • Monitor product health, adoption, and performance metrics • Identify opportunities for enhancement and continuous improvement • Support deployment planning, change management, and user enablement for release adoption • Demonstrate CORE behaviors and use CORE tools to drive reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Information Systems or a related field with 10+ years of applicable work experience; OR an Advanced Degree with 7+ years of applicable work experience • 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Digital Technology, or related IT roles • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or SAFe) • Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and clear user stories • Proven ability to work collaboratively across matrixed teams • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and prioritization skills • U.S. citizenship is required • Preferred: experience supporting digital products in aerospace, manufacturing, or regulated industries • Preferred: familiarity with P&W enterprise systems or functional processes • Preferred: certification such as CSPO, SAFe POPM, or similar • Preferred: knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), enterprise applications (SAP, PLM, MES), or analytics/data technologies • Preferred: experience with ACE, CORE, or continuous improvement methodologies
