📋 Description

• Lead high-volume recruitment efforts by developing and executing targeted strategies to source, attract, and hire top talent • Manage the full recruitment life cycle while ensuring timely and efficient hiring • Ensure all Talent Acquisition process steps comply with Raytheon and OFCCP regulations • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies • Source, screen, and select qualified candidates through various channels • Build working relationships with Labor Relations, HR, and Total Rewards stakeholders • Ensure clear communication and follow-through for a consistent, high-quality hiring experience • Use data and insights to improve recruitment outcomes and processes

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree • Minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience • Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience • Full life cycle recruitment experience in a Department of Defense (DOD) environment • Experience recruiting Engineering talent with security clearances • Experience with the Workday Recruiting platform • U.S. citizenship required • Must be able to access US-only data systems • Must reside and work in one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories • Experience sourcing hard-to-find engineering professionals across different technical disciplines preferred • Relationship building, client management, and influencing skills • Understanding of employment law principles and DOD compliance regulations preferred
