📋 Description

• Own Spotlight Media's recruiting process from job opening through candidate handoff/hire • Develop and execute proactive recruiting strategies and conduct outbound recruiting across LinkedIn, email, direct messaging, job boards, and professional networks • Source candidates for varied organizational positions • Review applications, conduct screening calls and first-round interviews, and assess candidate qualifications, communication, experience, fit, and potential • Develop interview questions and evaluation criteria and provide feedback to hiring managers and leadership • Coordinate interviews and maintain the candidate pipeline, recruiting database, and ATS • Improve recruiting processes, track recruiting metrics, build candidate pipelines, and optimize job postings • Manage onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, equipment, systems access, accounts, property return, and access removal • Maintain employee records, HR policies, compensation records, and time-off tracking • Assist with payroll processing and coordinate with payroll providers or leadership • Serve as an HR contact for employees and partner with managers on performance, workplace, disciplinary, and termination matters • Handle sensitive employee information confidentially and provide leadership with HR support

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional HR and/or recruiting experience • Significant hands-on recruiting experience, particularly outbound candidate sourcing • Experience conducting phone/video screening and first-round interviews • Experience recruiting for multiple types of roles • Strong understanding of the full recruiting lifecycle • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong interviewing and candidate-evaluation skills • Ability to manage multiple open positions and HR responsibilities simultaneously • Strong attention to detail • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information • Experience with HRIS, ATS, Ashby, payroll, recruiting, or other HR technology platforms • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and common business software
