• Support aerospace customers and execute functional responsibilities for assigned commercial and military products within Safran’s OSA Actuation (HSC PMO) business segment • Develop and maintain a rolling 18+ month consensus demand plan for Original Equipment and Aftermarket requirements • Use historical data, customer insights, VPS, and the Strategic Financial Plan (SFP) to develop demand plans • Translate demand plans into shipset requirements based on aircraft mix • Partner with Safran customers to review and align demand plans, resolve discrepancies, and interpret contractual requirements • Identify demand and purchase order disconnects and coordinate with Safran buyers on PO modifications before SAP order entry • Maintain demand accuracy and integrity across the assigned actuation portfolio • Support separation management initiatives, including buffer strategies, engineering activities, and supply chain cutover planning and execution • Analyze demand and prepare reports • Perform or direct day-to-day order administration tasks in SAP • Ensure customer contractual requirements for demand and order execution are fulfilled • Participate as demand owner/representative in the sales and operations planning process • Review data, identify unusual occurrences, investigate causes, and assist with corrective actions • Consult with master scheduling, program office, operations, finance, business development, and product development teams • Drive cross-functional collaboration to influence supply-chain demand and prioritize fulfillment • Drive demand analytics using forecast accuracy and bias leading indicators to improve On Time Delivery and Inventory • Provide recommendations to upper-level management regarding future trends and demand • Develop and maintain constructive working relationships with stakeholders
• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience • SAP experience • Excel experience • Experience working with aerospace products • Experience leveraging written and verbal communication skills to drive results • Experience leveraging critical thinking skills to improve work product and solve problems • U.S. citizenship is required • Must be able to access information under the applicable program/contract • Security clearance is not required
