📋 Description

• Lead the lifecycle development of new Professional Services offerings • Create, package, and launch high-value services that accelerate customers’ time-to-value across the Rubrik product portfolio • Bridge product strategy and field execution as a member of the Global Professional Services Leadership Team • Collaborate with Product Management, Product Engineering, Global Practice Leaders, Consulting Leadership, and PS Delivery teams • Design and launch standardized, scalable Professional Services offerings, playbooks, and delivery methodologies • Partner with Product Management and Product Engineering during early-stage product releases to build service packages, deployment frameworks, and best practices • Evaluate, refresh, and optimize the Professional Services portfolio based on field feedback, customer outcomes, utilization data, and market trends • Contribute to services strategy, operational strategy, and long-term business growth • Ensure new services are operationally viable, efficiently packaged, and supported by delivery artifacts • Equip sales and delivery teams with service scopes, scoping tools, and value propositions • Establish reusable delivery frameworks, automated deployment scripts, and standardized Statement of Work templates • Implement feedback channels to measure service effectiveness and refine offerings post-launch • Report to the Vice President, Global Professional Services

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of direct experience in Service New Product Introduction (NPI), Services Productization, or Solution Engineering within a global SaaS, Enterprise Software, or Cyber Resilience company • Proven track record of taking complex enterprise technology services from initial concept to global field execution • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across matrixed organizations, particularly with Product Management, Product Engineering, and Field Services • Experience presenting to and collaborating with executive leadership (VP level and above), with a track record of driving strategic initiatives • Deep understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, data management, cloud platforms, or cybersecurity frameworks • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred • Equivalent practical experience welcomed
