Rula is a mental health care platform that connects patients with licensed therapists and psychiatric providers across the United States, offering online and in-person therapy, psychiatry, and medication management. The platform works with over 120 insurance plans nationwide (including Medicare, Medicaid, and many major commercial carriers), verifies coverage, provides cost estimates, and offers in-network pricing (average $15 per session with insurance) and cash rates for self-pay. Rula supports 90+ conditions (anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, bipolar disorder, etc. ), provides tools for scheduling and managing appointments, and offers resources like tests/quizzes and a provider directory spanning all 50 states. It serves patients directly and partners with employers, health plans, and health systems, and emphasizes clinical standards, provider reviews, and ongoing professional development.

📋 Description

• Own onboarding and ongoing success of employers with fewer than 3,000 employees • Help employers launch quickly and navigate the Employer Portal • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of employers from onboarding through long-term engagement • Partner with Broker Partnerships, Marketing, Product, and Operations • Deliver customized communications • Support employer campaigns • Answer employer questions • Identify opportunities to increase awareness and utilization of the Rula benefit • Build relationships, solve problems, and create exceptional customer experiences at scale

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, implementation, onboarding, client services, or another customer-facing role • Experience working in a B2B organization, preferably within employee benefits, healthcare, insurance, HR technology, or SaaS • Experience partnering with employee benefits brokers, consultants, or other channel partners to support employer clients and drive successful customer outcomes • Experience managing a portfolio of customer relationships and serving as a trusted point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently with external business partners • Preferred: 1+ years of experience in a high-growth startup or rapidly scaling organization • Preferred: Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, sales pipeline management, and forecasting • Preferred: Experience managing a high-volume customer portfolio while meeting service level expectations • Preferred: Experience identifying operational improvements and scaling customer success or onboarding processes • Must be based in the United States; Rula is currently not hiring in Hawaii
