📋 Description

• Manage the assigned sales geography • Oversee clinician training activities, sales tactics, and market development strategies • Identify business opportunities and ensure effective utilization and penetration of Evoke™ systems • Deliver revenue commitments and drive territory growth • Expand relationships with key opinion leaders and customers • Develop territory strategy, go-to-market plans, and execute core messaging • Facilitate collection and dissemination of competitive intelligence • Conduct real-world market research on market trends, competitive activity, customer perspectives, and design input • Work with clinical education and field engineering peers to improve patient and clinical experience • Drive commercial execution and clinical performance of Saluda's Evoke™ therapy across the assigned territory

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant business experience • Minimum 3 years of prior medical device sales experience • Documented sales success • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of previous programmable implantable device sales experience • 3+ years of previous device experience within the operating room • Strong prior patient follow-up interaction experience • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight travel
