📋 Description

• Manage assigned Pre-Bill functions on the Revenue Cycle Management team • Investigate claim rejections • Navigate evolving payer requirements • Prioritize and accurately resolve complex claims • Provide leadership and guidance to offshore teams • Monitor automated workflows to ensure operational efficiency • Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze operational trends • Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and claim outcomes • Use technical expertise, critical thinking, collaboration, and data-driven insights to improve revenue cycle efficiency and operational performance

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Medical Billing experience • Proven ability to improve and optimize processes using Salesforce, AMD, payer portals such as Availity, Google Suite/Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Sheets • Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end claims lifecycle and front-end revenue integrity • Comprehensive knowledge of front-end claim edits, rejection codes, and payer-specific billing requirements • Ability to evaluate complex cases, identify solutions, and make informed decisions • Previous Mental Health or Behavioral Health Billing and Collections experience preferred • Basic-Intermediate Excel skills, including data formatting, basic charts, and pivot tables preferred • Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and billing software such as AdvancedMD preferred • Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment preferred • Organizational skills for managing high-volume pre-bill work queues, documentation, and tracking front-end claim statuses preferred • 1+ years partnering with or leading Offshore Teams preferred but not required • Must be based in the United States; currently not hiring in Hawaii
