The platform works with over 120 insurance plans nationwide (including Medicare, Medicaid, and many major commercial carriers), verifies coverage, provides cost estimates, and offers in-network pricing (average $15 per session with insurance) and cash rates for self-pay. Rula supports 90+ conditions (anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, bipolar disorder, etc. ), provides tools for scheduling and managing appointments, and offers resources like tests/quizzes and a provider directory spanning all 50 states. It serves patients directly and partners with employers, health plans, and health systems, and emphasizes clinical standards, provider reviews, and ongoing professional development.

📋 Description

• Design tools therapists use daily to streamline administrative work and support informed clinical decisions • Take 0→1 products from concept through execution • Proactively identify opportunities and think strategically about the future of care delivery • Deliver polished, thoughtfully crafted product experiences • Leverage AI strategically in partnership with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Research • Own product design from the problem space through feature delivery and evolution • Design and optimize multi-step workflows to reduce task friction and improve workflow efficiency • Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, compliance, and policy partners • Conduct user research with business or practice owners • Contribute to or build enterprise-grade design systems

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design with a strong portfolio demonstrating shipped products • Demonstrated success designing and optimizing multi-step workflows for productivity tools, operations platforms, or business software • Clear track record of reducing task friction and driving measurable gains in workflow efficiency • Experience collaborating with product, engineering, operations, and ideally compliance or policy partners • Mastery of Figma for end-to-end product design, prototyping, and system-level thinking • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate tradeoffs clearly • Ability to document workflow logic for cross-functional alignment • Extensive experience owning product design from problem space to feature delivery and evolution • Must be based in the United States; currently not hiring in Hawaii • Must be eligible to work in the United States • Preferred: experience in healthcare, fintech, or enterprise systems • Preferred: experience designing for business or practice management teams with dynamic, complex workflows • Preferred: comfort translating ambiguous problems into lightweight, AI-enabled experiences • Preferred: experience conducting user research with business or practice owners • Preferred: experience contributing to or building enterprise-grade design systems • Preferred: familiarity with accessibility requirements for finance/healthcare experiences
