📋 Description

• Set up and maintain ASANA projects, Slack channels, and property folders for each deal • Add closing dates, set-up meetings, due diligence deadlines, and reminders to calendars • Update Resimpli/Asana with violations, flood zones, and other pertinent information • Pin relevant information to the appropriate Slack channel • Draft memos, power of attorney documents, and amendments • Schedule and oversee notary services • Keep sellers informed through regular email and text updates • Assist clients with rental searches and coordinate moving boxes, movers, groceries, and utility connections • Prepare quarterly meeting minutes • Compile weekly disposition meeting action items into ASANA tasks • Represent the company by posting bids at county offices • Install lockboxes, attend acquisition appointments, and conduct property photo/video recordings

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail • Proficiency in project management tools like ASANA and communication platforms like Slack • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively • Willingness to travel frequently for fieldwork • Must live in the greater Charlotte area • Comfortable with a 1099 position • Reliable vehicle
