Runway also publishes research (e. g. , GWM-1, Gen-4. 5 video model) and serves both individual creators and enterprise customers.

📋 Description

• Own the commercial object model for routing, territories, and approvals • Transform Salesforce into a system where agents reconcile state and reps inspect and approve • Connect Salesforce, Gong, Clay, product usage, and the warehouse through APIs and webhooks • Build the reporting layer for pipeline coverage, conversion rates, ramp velocity, and forecast accuracy • Operate GTM systems as production infrastructure with observability, error handling, and data-quality validation • Build and run the GTM agent fleet from prototype through daily production use • Instrument agent decisions, failures, human edits, and downstream outcomes • Own the evaluation, experimentation, and iteration improvement loop • Build the PLG-to-Enterprise signal layer from product usage through intent scoring to BDR/AE routing • Own Clay enrichment and outbound data infrastructure • Surface account context to reps before QBRs, renewals, and expansion signals • Build churn-risk and expansion detection with Deployment and CX • Automate quote workflows and discount approval routing with pricing guardrails • Identify broken sales processes with frontline sellers and ship fixes within two weeks • Own builds end to end from discovery and prototyping through rollout, adoption, and iteration • Measure adoption and revenue impact, discontinue unused solutions • Provide the VP with build-vs-buy recommendations backed by working prototypes • Feed field evidence to Product for enterprise roadmap decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years across RevOps, GTM engineering, sales ops, or an adjacent applied technical discipline • At least 3 years in RevOps or GTM engineering • Builds that can be demonstrated, including Salesforce connected to adjacent GTM systems, enrichment pipelines, routing logic, and agent workflows in production • Experience with data warehouses, BI tools, or event-driven systems • Clay proficiency strongly preferred; otherwise, ability to demonstrate proficiency during the interview process • Familiarity with enterprise sales motions at $100K to $2M ACV • Analytics engineering, finance, or data science background is a plus
