📋 Description

• Own and drive the product roadmap for assigned features or modules • Translate customer and stakeholder feedback into actionable product requirements • Lead discovery efforts, including user interviews and data analysis • Collaborate with engineering to ensure timely and high-quality releases • Define success metrics and evaluate product performance • Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and data privacy regulations • Support go-to-market teams with product training and materials • Provide mentorship to Product Managers and cross-functional peers • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management, preferably in health tech • Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycle • Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience with agile product development • Experience with EHR or RCM workflows a plus • Bachelor’s degree required • Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use • Reliable internet connection • Ability to spend the majority of the workweek on phone calls
