📋 Description

• Review and process bind requests accurately and timely • Validate application data against carrier system entries and update information • Bind coverage within carrier platforms according to underwriting direction and carrier guidelines • Complete required filings and binding documentation • Review endorsement requests and determine processing requirements • Partner with underwriters, retail agents, and carrier representatives • Respond to inquiries about binding status, endorsement processing, requirements, and discrepancies • Support offshore processing teams with complex endorsement scenarios • Escalate complex issues or discrepancies • Manage binding and endorsement workload to meet service levels and turnaround times • Identify inconsistencies and take corrective actions • Assist with complex endorsement requests requiring additional underwriting analysis • Support process improvements and standard operating procedures • Assist in onboarding and training new team members • Collaborate with leadership to improve operational efficiency and standardization • Share knowledge and best practices across the team

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in insurance operations, underwriting support, or a related role • Exposure to transportation insurance or ability to quickly learn transportation-specific workflows • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality control • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to manage escalated or complex tasks • Effective communication skills with ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and OneNote is helpful • Adherence to company policies, carrier guidelines, and regulatory requirements
