📋 Description

• Coordinate the end-to-end claims process from initial claim submission to final resolution • Receive claims, review documentation, verify coverage, and process payments • Review completed claims for accuracy and compliance • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, industry standards, and company policies • Resolve escalated or complex claims issues and support settlement decisions within authority limits • Identify workflow improvements and enhance customer experience • Assess claims-processing risks and implement fraud-prevention measures • Interact with policyholders, claimants, and other stakeholders to answer inquiries and resolve issues • Maintain accurate claims records, correspondence, and documentation • Collaborate with underwriting, legal, and finance teams • Support investigations by gathering evidence, interviewing relevant parties, and coordinating with external agencies or experts • Provide guidance, training, and support for efficient and accurate claims handling

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum of 1 year of related experience • Any other related discipline or commensurate work experience considered • Preferred: Associate in Claims (AIC), Certified Claims Professional (CCP), Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), or Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC)
