📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio with multiple enhancement projects simultaneously • Maintain the project pipeline and inform functional teams of upcoming projects • Lead the planning, execution, and implementation of assigned enhancement projects • Develop full-scale project plans • Define project tasks and resource requirements • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables • Forecast requirements and prepare budgets • Present reports on project progress, problems, and solutions • Manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines • Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders • Manage project performance and minimize project risks • Establish and maintain relationships with project members and stakeholders • Evaluate and assess project results • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required in business administration, finance, information technology, or similar field; or an additional four years of required experience • Three years or more of experience in project management • Project management skills • Ability to listen, write, and speak effectively • Ability to respond quickly to changing assignments, work settings, and priorities • Ability to manage conflict and reconcile differences • Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments • Ability to work effectively with unclear, unstructured, or uncertain issues • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships across all organizational levels • Ability to work within tight timeframes and meet strict deadlines • Ability to collaborate with others to obtain results • Ability to define goals and objectives, schedule, and develop projects or programs • Ability to design, plan, organize, and implement projects and tasks within an allotted timeframe • Ability to solve problems using creativity, reasoning, past experiences, available information, and resources • Ability to prioritize, structure, and schedule tasks to maximize effort and meet deadlines • Ability to present information and ideas clearly and understandably • Intermediate knowledge of project management theory, practical aspects, techniques, and tools • Intermediate knowledge of setting and managing budgets • Beginner knowledge of project management software • Beginner knowledge of strategic planning, risk management, and change management
