📋 Description

• Deliver final business solutions to the operations team through Power BI • Design critical analytical dashboards, reports, and queries • Drive strategic business decisions through dashboards, reports, and queries • Perform ad-hoc analysis • Identify descriptive and prescriptive solutions for internal Ryder teams and external customers • Investigate core business issues and identify causative problems • Develop dashboards by understanding business needs and interpreting integrated data • Translate data into usable visualizations and interpret dashboard results • Engage business stakeholders and evaluate needs and ad-hoc requests • Prioritize product efforts and create innovative solutions • Build knowledge of Ryder's supply chain business and data ecosystem • Enhance data maturity and integration to standardize core value-add functionality • Support product innovation throughout build, test, and release using agile methodologies • Collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, business stakeholders, and technology teams • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent • Master's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent preferred • Two (2) years or more applied project experience demonstrating digital transformation or data management in an educational, project, or intern-type environment required • Two (2) years or more experience creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis across the business • Experience developing BI solutions with Power BI or Tableau • Exposure to ETL tools such as Alteryx or SSIS • Exposure to SQL data manipulation tools • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms • Experience working in a cloud environment preferred • Object-oriented development stack experience (.NET) preferred
