📋 Description

• Deliver a final business solution to the operations team through a Power BI experience • Design analytical dashboards, reports, and queries for strategic business decisions, ad-hoc analysis, and descriptive/prescriptive solutions • Develop dashboards by understanding business needs, interpreting integrated data, and translating data into usable visualizations • Engage business stakeholders to evaluate needs and prioritize product efforts • Create innovative analytical solutions and enhance data maturity and integration • Guide entrepreneurial innovation in analytical products and curate new data sources • Deliver actionable insights beyond data reporting and dashboarding • Work as a key user on Ryder's Azure Data Lake and drive analytics initiatives • Collaborate with Data Analysts and Data Scientists • Support and help more junior team members achieve success • Work closely with technology through product build, test, and release using agile methodologies • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent, Required • Experience developing BI solutions with Power BI • Experience with Tableau, Required • Exposure to ETL tools such as Alteryx or SSIS • Exposure to SQL data manipulation tools • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms, Required • Experience supporting product innovation through build, test, and release using agile methodologies, Required • 2 years or more creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis across the business, Required • Experience working in a cloud environment, Required • 2 years or more of applied project experience demonstrating digital transformation or data management in an educational/project setting, Required • Knowledge of Ryder's business and supply chain domain • Experience working within a collaborative team • Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent, Preferred • Object-oriented development stacks (.NET), Preferred • 4 years or more working in an individual contributor role as a key team member, Preferred • May be subject to employment and education verification, motor vehicle records check, road test, and/or customer badging or background requirements
