📋 Description

• Deliver final business solutions to the operations team through Power BI experiences • Design analytical dashboards, reports, and queries for strategic business decisions • Perform ad-hoc analysis and identify descriptive and prescriptive solutions • Develop dashboards by understanding business needs, interpreting integrated data, and translating data into usable visualizations • Engage business stakeholders and evaluate needs and ad-hoc requests to prioritize product efforts • Enhance data maturity and integration by standardizing core value-add functionality • Collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, technology teams, and junior team members • Guide innovation in analytical products and curate new data sources • Use Ryder's Azure Data Lake, data sandbox, and streaming live data technologies • Build, test, and release products using agile methodologies • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent, Required • 2 years or more in experience in creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis across the business • Experience working in a cloud environment, Required • 2 years or more in Applied Project(s) experience in demonstrating digital transformation and data management in an educational/project, Required • Experience developing BI solutions with Power BI • Experience with Tableau, Required • Exposure to ETL tools such as Alteryx or SSIS • Exposure to SQL data manipulation tools • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms, Required • Ability to support product innovation using agile methodologies, Required • Knowledge of Ryder's business and supply chain complexity • Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent, Preferred • 4 years or more in an individual contributor role, Preferred
