📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic eLearning, instructor-led, blended, and performance support training solutions and tools • Create learning content and testing for major training and assessment initiatives aligned with Ryder's goals, operating principles, and competencies • Consult with subject matter experts and business owners to develop instructional objectives, content, implementation strategies, and evaluation strategies • Organize projects to accomplish deliverables while adhering to scope and timelines • Collaborate on best practices for instructional technologies, tools, and processes • Design and develop learning project proposals • Match instructional design solutions to objectives and desired outcomes • Identify and communicate creative and innovative ideas to build consensus and partnerships • Stay current on emerging learning methods and incorporate adult-learning best practices • Collaborate with team members on projects and initiatives • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, education, instructional design technology, education technology, related area, or minimum 8 years equivalent work experience in designing and developing e-learning, instructor-led, blended, or performance support training materials and/or solutions • Master's degree preferred in related field • Five (5) years or more in an education or business environment • Three (3) years or more assessing, designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions, and designing, developing, and producing e-learning training materials/solutions • Experience with Articulate 360 Suite • Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies • Advanced knowledge of at least one authoring/development tool such as Storyline • Advanced knowledge of working closely with clients and subject matter experts to develop training strategies and solutions • Advanced knowledge of analyzing information and identifying training and non-training needs • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel • Project management skills • Ability to facilitate meetings, work sessions, and training • Ability to work within tight timeframes and meet strict deadlines • Ability to prioritize, structure, and schedule tasks • Ability to build strong customer relationships and demonstrate customer service skills • Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations • Ability to guide, engage, and impart knowledge to others
