📋 Description

• Act as a learning consultant to the Disputes Experience line of business • Gain a deep understanding of the business and metrics to recommend learning strategies that drive business outcomes • Collaborate with team members, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives • Evaluate learning program effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve agent skills and performance • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create engaging learning solutions and course content • Develop instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, digital, self-paced, micro-learning, social learning, audio, video, simulations, and games • Own end-to-end learning content design and development, including assessments • Analyze and apply instructional design and learning technology trends • Design learning for diverse learning styles and a global, diverse audience

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing and developing multi-modality learning • Subject matter expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design best practices • Experience with eLearning, instructor-led learning, video, system simulations, branching scenarios, and in-depth e-learning solutions • Experience analyzing source material and creating design documents for developers • Experience leveraging AI tools in daily workflow while evaluating outputs for quality and business outcomes • Experience in agile and waterfall (ADDIE) design environments • Strong data analysis skills and experience designing evaluation strategies using data/metrics • Demonstrated experience with at least 2 learning authoring tools, such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Premiere Pro, iSpring Suite, or Canva • Ability to create and manage project plans covering stakeholder responsibilities, timelines, needs, and risks • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally approximately 10% of the time • Excellent communication and relationship skills • Experience driving outcomes through vendor partnerships and contact centers is a plus • Graphic design, video, and audio production aptitude is a plus
