📋 Description

• Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment • Design and expand training and development programs aligned with product-specific methodologies and initiatives • Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training, including curricula, training, and exams • Deliver technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements identified by enterprise needs • Accomplish projects and motivate trainees through effective training • Continuously improve training programs and learning opportunities • Amend and revise programs to adapt to changes in the work environment • Act as the content expert and maintain relevant training documents and materials • Develop and create effective induction programs • Monitor and review trainees’ progress through questionnaires and discussions with managers • Ensure statutory training requirements are met • Apply e-learning techniques and participate in creating and delivering e-learning packages • Research and present new workplace learning technologies and methodologies • Ensure trainees adhere to the company’s Code of Conduct • Support learning and development for Fleet Response Tier 2 Agents

🎯 Requirements

• Up to 80% travel required • Must be 18 years of age or older • High School Diploma or GED required • Four-year college degree in a related field preferred • Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications • Problem solver and critical thinker • Ability to follow well-defined methods, procedures, reports, and forms • Ability to present and facilitate a class discussion • Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative; able to motivate and engage an audience • Strong interpersonal, conflict management, mentoring, organizational, project management, and influencing skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and longer hours • At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in a related field, training, or teaching experience (nice to have) • Strong leadership skills and proficiency in handling groups (nice to have)
