📋 Description

• Partner with operational SMEs and leaders to design, develop, deliver, and evaluate learning solutions • Improve employee performance, speed to proficiency, and support business objectives • Consult with stakeholders to identify performance gaps • Conduct training needs analyses • Create engaging instructor-led and digital learning experiences • Measure learning effectiveness • Serve as a learning and development expert driving instructional excellence, continuous improvement, and operational readiness across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in learning & development, instructional design, training design, organizational development, performance consulting, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies • Experience designing and delivering instructor-led and virtual learning programs • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consultation skills • Ability to adapt to change and influence others through organizational transformation • Ability to collaborate with operational leaders, SMEs, and business partners • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 • Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision • Available for travel • Preferred: Experience conducting training needs analyses • Preferred: Healthcare, benefits administration, insurance, or TPA experience • Preferred: Experience in technical writing and/or editing • Preferred: Experience in curriculum development • Preferred: Ability to conduct needs assessment and provide a documented process improvement plan • Preferred: Experience measuring learning effectiveness and business outcomes • Preferred: Experience developing eLearning solutions with Articulate Storyline, Rise, Vyond, Captivate, or similar authoring tools • Preferred: Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) • Preferred: CPTD, ATD, instructional design certification, or similar professional credential
