📋 Description

• Serve as the Momentum Subject Matter Expert, leading product demonstrations for clients, stakeholders, and end users • Demonstrate Momentum functionality, business processes, and system capabilities for technical and non-technical audiences • Prepare and maintain demo-ready sandbox environments, including loading, validating, and managing test data • Develop and maintain realistic datasets and end-to-end business process scenarios • Translate technical concepts, system functionality, and business processes into clear, user-friendly language • Respond to stakeholder and user questions during demonstrations, workshops, and meetings • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and system-related questions in real time • Partner with functional, technical, and program teams to align demonstrations with customer requirements and best practices • Support user adoption, training, and organizational change management activities • Continuously enhance demonstration content and scenarios based on customer feedback, evolving requirements, and new system capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field • Minimum 4 years of hands-on Momentum experience supporting a large federal contract or federal agency environment • Experience leading product demonstrations, training sessions, workshops, or stakeholder presentations • Strong knowledge of Momentum functionality, business processes, and system capabilities • Ability to translate technical information into plain language for business users, stakeholders, and end users • Experience configuring and maintaining sandbox or test environments, including loading and validating test data • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Ability to troubleshoot and answer functional and system-related questions in real time • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and facilitation abilities • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Preferred: experience supporting Momentum implementations, enhancements, upgrades, or modernization initiatives • Preferred: experience with federal financial management, acquisition or budgeting processes • Preferred: experience presenting to executive leadership and senior stakeholders • Preferred: experience developing training materials, demonstration scripts, business scenarios, and user adoption content • Preferred: familiarity with organizational change management and user adoption strategies • Preferred: relevant Momentum, business analysis, project management, training, or related certifications • Preferred: consulting experience supporting federal government clients
