📋 Description

• Maintain and version-control CDI’s catalog of online and live learning programs • Independently manage maintenance and version control for Perspectives, CDI’s flagship online program • Manage release schedules for established live programs in coordination with the Live Programs team • Keep facilitator guides, slide decks, participant handouts, and survey items synchronized with source-content changes • Maintain Perspectives’ changelog, archive superseded versions, and ensure cohort content can be reconstructed on request • Draft and revise module text, discussion prompts, activities, and assessments for Senior Director of Education review • Support Senior Curriculum Designers on partner-facing design projects • Run pre-release QA for Perspectives with Product • Proofread content, verify links and media, check accessibility, and test learner experiences end to end • Own and organize the content feedback backlog from facilitators, partners, learner surveys, and support tickets • Categorize requests, identify recurring issues, and recommend fixes • Collaborate with the Education, Live Programs, Product, and Senior Curriculum Design teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience • At least 1+ years of experience building or maintaining learning content in instructional design, curriculum development, ed tech, or a related role • Graduate assistantships, practicums, and substantial volunteer work count • Grounding in instructional design fundamentals, including backward design, measurable learning objectives, and adult learning principles • Hands-on experience with an LMS or course-authoring tool, such as Canvas, Moodle, Articulate Rise/Storyline, or similar • Working knowledge of digital accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 • Exceptional attention to detail and strong systems skills, including a repeatable QA process and comfort with version control and documentation • Clear, accessible writing that makes complex ideas simple without making them thin • Genuine interest in constructive dialogue, viewpoint diversity, and higher education • Higher education experience, such as a center for teaching and learning or online program design (preferred) • Experience facilitating for adult learners or designing for sensitive, values-laden topics (preferred) • Must be based in the United States • Must be able to work flexibly within U.S. time zones • Must answer whether employment visa sponsorship will be required in the United States
