📋 Description

• Convert storyboards, PowerPoints, job aids, desk references, and quick reference guides into engaging trainings and e-learnings • Apply instructional design principles appropriate to self-paced e-learning, instructor-led, and virtual training • Partner with project managers, teammates, and clients to clarify requirements, scope, timelines, and status updates • Incorporate feedback and provide timely updates during project manager and client review cycles • Manage multiple projects, plan work, and deliver on schedule • Follow branding, formatting, accessibility, and quality-assurance guidelines • Design and develop programs aligned with client vision, organizational goals, and identified training needs • Research client goals and identify opportunities to advance them • Produce or integrate video, animations, screen recordings, graphics, and images using Vyond, Eleven Labs, Camtasia, and Adobe applications • Organize project files, versions, and change logs; maintain reusable components and lessons learned • Create development programs using 70/20/10 methodology, including self-study, practice, performance support, knowledge sharing, experience activities, audio, video, simulations, role-plays, and games • Incorporate group dynamics and change management processes • Apply influencing skills in complex situations and lead others toward alternative perspectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience • 5+ years professional experience in a development environment role • Demonstrated instructional design experience, including broad ADDIE application • Experience using established tools, templates, and repositories to design and develop trainings • Demonstrated experience in training, instructional design, and course development • Experience developing e-learning with Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline 360 • Experience creating media with Vyond, Camtasia, and Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom/Express • Working knowledge of an LMS for publishing and managing e-learning content • Office365 experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to collaborate with project managers, teammates, and clients • Ability to meet deadlines, balance competing priorities, and manage multiple projects • Ability to accept and incorporate critical feedback professionally • Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and adherence to branding and formatting standards • Creative problem-solving and original design thinking within defined constraints • Willingness to support Guam during 8 am to 12 pm Tuesday through Friday Chamorro Standard Time • Willingness to travel occasionally to Guam; future clients may require travel of up to 50%
