📋 Description

• Design and build learning assets from approved program outlines across multiple concurrent programs • Create e-learnings, instructor-led trainings, blended experiences, simulations, videos, assessments, practice activities, performance support tools, and job aids • Leverage AI-assisted authoring tools and prompt engineering for ideation, drafting, storyboarding, format conversion, and assessment question generation • Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, instructional integrity, and quality • Apply instructional design best practices, adult learning principles, and experiential learning approaches • Ensure learning materials meet WCAG, ADA, accessibility, inclusion, branding, tone, and UX standards • Conduct quality assurance before deployment, verifying functionality, accessibility, content accuracy, compliance, and policy alignment • Design solutions leveraging Lennar’s Learning Management System and create supporting assets such as video caption files • Collaborate with Facilitators through dry runs and refine learning activities and delivery-ready materials • Execute small edits and one-off updates to launched assets and escalate significant content changes to the Program Lead • Participate in content review sessions with business stakeholders and subject matter experts • Analyze learner feedback, assessment data, and performance indicators to improve learning experiences • Maintain component libraries, templates, and design documentation • Share AI prompts, techniques, and best practices to optimize team workflows • Collaborate openly and demonstrate Leadership Matters behaviors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning and Development, Education, Learning Experience Design, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or a related field within a corporate environment • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia • Proficiency with multimedia development tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond, and video editing software • Experience using AI-assisted workflows in content design or development • Proficiency with AI content generation tools and prompt engineering for learning and development applications • Ability to evaluate and quality-assure AI-generated outputs • Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning theories, experiential learning principles, and learning evaluation models • Knowledge of WCAG and ADA accessibility standards • Ability to apply inclusive design principles across deliverables • Experience with Learning Management Systems and LMS content delivery, assessment tools, and AI-enabled capabilities • Strong writing, visual communication, and storytelling skills • Ability to translate complex topics into engaging, learner-friendly content across multiple modalities • Ability to facilitate content review sessions with stakeholders and subject matter experts • Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines • Ability to operate computer equipment and perform the stated physical activities, including lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs • Finger dexterity
