📋 Description

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive OCM strategies, plans, and methodologies for various projects and programs • Conduct change impact assessments and readiness analyses to identify potential resistance and develop mitigation strategies • Design and deliver communication plans, stakeholder engagement activities, and training programs to support change adoption • Collaborate with project teams, leadership, and other stakeholders to integrate OCM activities into overall project plans • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OCM initiatives, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers on their roles in supporting organizational change • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization • Contribute to the continuous improvement of OCM practices and methodologies within Unisys

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful Strategy Plans within an organizational change management context • Proven ability to lead and manage change initiatives in a complex corporate environment • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels • Experience with change management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field • Applicant should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government for access to export-controlled commodities and technology • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) is a plus
