📋 Description

• Assist with internal audit projects across Accounting, Finance, Operations, and Information Technology • Participate in SOX and other compliance, process, vendor, and IT general controls audits • Learn auditing and business operations through formal and on-the-job training • Perform audit procedures, identify and define issues, develop criteria, review and analyze evidence, and document auditee processes and procedures • Prepare working papers, conduct interviews, review documents, and compose summary memos • Identify, develop, and document issues and recommendations using independent judgment • Communicate or assist in communicating project results through written reports and oral presentations to management

🎯 Requirements

• At least an incoming Junior pursuing a BA/BS in Accounting, Business, Finance, or Information Systems • Coursework in accounting, data analytics, economics, computer programming, or another financial-centric curriculum • Strong written and oral communication skills • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products • Strong academic aptitude and well-developed analytical problem-solving skills preferred • Demonstrated success completing team projects and working in a team environment preferred • Desire to gain knowledge of the company and business operations preferred • Personal accountability and urgency in completing assignments and achieving results preferred
