📋 Description

• Support Ryder Supply Chain Solutions recruitment • Source, screen, interview, and negotiate offers with candidates • Complete contractor hiring administrative processes • Onboard new contractors • Administer defined external and internal recruitment processes • Develop and manage relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, hiring managers, human resources, and recruitment teammates • Provide recruitment updates and inform management about market conditions affecting contractor recruitment • Execute recruitment strategies, including advertising methods, job fairs, remote recruitment techniques, and maintenance of recruitment materials • Track recruitment KPIs and progress • Meet customer satisfaction objectives by fully recruiting assigned accounts • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Full Life Cycle Recruiting experience, required • H.S. Diploma/GED, required • 2 years or more of full life-cycle recruiting experience, required • Proficient in Microsoft Office products: Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; intermediate level, required • Strong verbal and written communication skills, required • Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments, required • Demonstrated customer service skills, required • Schedule: Monday–Friday • Travel: 0–10%
