📋 Description

• Serve as the technical lead in delivering IT solutions for new implementations • Lead application and integration design • Manage internal and external customer requirements • Execute testing and support defect resolution • Work with cross-functional teams on system and operational readiness for go-live • Translate business needs and objectives into requirements and project estimates • Enable competitive, high-quality technology solutions in response to business needs • Create solution documentation • Drive innovative and creative solutions to business challenges • Serve as solution architect to construct data flows between Ryder customers and Ryder applications • Facilitate design and configuration of multiple applications with application teams • Support project scope management and requirements with internal Ryder business and external customers • Evaluate change impacts and escalate delivery risks • Deliver timely and accurate weekly project status reports • Provide 24x7 on-call support for go-lives on a project-by-project basis • Perform other duties as assigned • May provide leadership, guidance, and performance management for assigned team members and direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT management, supply chain management, computer science, engineering, accounting, business, or related field • 3 years or more in IT solution delivery or implementation experience • 2 years or more in Transportation Management and/or Distribution Management Technology experience • Ability to facilitate requirements discussions and troubleshooting between business owners, Ryder customers, and IT development teams • Experience facilitating supply chain process implementations and/or improvements for integrated solutions • Ability to collect information, detect patterns, brainstorm, interpret data, integrate new information, and theorize to solve problems and make decisions • Strong documentation skills relating to business requirements and scope definition • Strong client-facing skills and ability to build long-lasting internal and external customer relationships • Ability to manage multiple projects and/or change requests concurrently, prioritize, and adapt to changing requirements and work conditions • High degree of initiative • Preferred: 2 years or more in Supply Chain Management, including 3PL/4PL experience • Preferred: Intermediate Transportation Management technologies, Warehouse Management Technologies, System Integration Design, and Industry experience • Preferred: Beginner Agile Project Management • Additional screening may include employment and education verification, motor vehicle records check, road test, and/or customer badging or background requirements
