• Create, manage and optimize paid media campaigns for clients across a variety of industries on Google, Bing, Meta, and other ad networks aligned with their established paid media goals • Monitor the pacing of paid media campaigns to ensure no under or over delivery. • Analyze the performance of paid campaigns to develop and implement proactive and reactive strategies to continually improve performance • Track and report performance metrics of paid marketing campaigns for internal and external stakeholders • Effectively communicate what is happening in the campaigns, why it’s happening and what we’re doing about it to continually improve performance to internal and external stakeholders • Conduct and communicate competitive client research and develop and implement offensive and defensive strategies to position clients in front of their competitors through paid media campaigns • Provide recommendations to necessary stakeholders on landing page optimizations and strategies to improve paid media performance • Keep up to date with paid media best practices and planning and research tools • Collaborate with Paid Media Operations team on new account and/or new campaign launches • Provide support to internal stakeholders as it relates to relevant paid media requests • Additional job duties as assigned by management
• 1-2 years of paid media experience in an agency environment • Client-facing experience preferred, including participating in meetings, communicating campaign updates, and building positive client relationships • Experience creating and maintaining performance reports using platforms such as Looker Studio, NinjaCat, etc. • Coachability: Demonstrates a growth mindset by actively seeking, embracing, and applying feedback to continuously improve performance and adapt to evolving processes and priorities • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy across campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and quality assurance • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and communicate clearly with clients • A desire to think strategically, proactively, and creatively, focusing on innovative and data-driven solutions • Strong work ethic with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and consistently deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced agency environment • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and deadlines simultaneously • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including working with formulas, sorting and filtering data, and creating reports to support campaign analysis • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
