• Play a crucial role in Quince’s growth story managing one of biggest channels which has grown 400% YoY and continued growth potential. • Support the end-to-end Paid Search strategy across Shopping (PLA) and Text Ads, driving performance, scalability, and innovation across Google and emerging engines such as Bing and Brave.
• 5+ years of managing Paid Search programs with large budgets with a focus on product listing ads • Strong understanding of feed-based advertising and product-level optimization • Proven experience with title testing, image testing, and structured experimentation • Experience building and managing highly granular PLA account structures • Experience working with large product catalogs in ecommerce environment • Expertise in implementing measures to improve Quality scores, CTR’s and managing large portfolio of cross category keywords • Expertise in Google Adwords, Google Ads editor along with experience in Bing Ads • In-depth understanding of Paid Search campaign management and optimization best practices • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making. • Be a proactive self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment • Have strong program management and organizational skills, being able to manage multiple projects, deadline and priorities with ease • Test, Learn and Scale mindset • Strong proficiency in Google sheets/Excel • Experience with Google Ads scripts
