📋 Description

• Work directly with the CEO to build and run Rypples’ Growth Engine • Design and run AI agents for sourcing, diligence, investor relations, and finance • Find, onboard, and equip operating partners and cross-portfolio experts • Run the Growth Readiness and Ocean Scalers founder programs • Design program cadence, participant selection, execution, and follow-through • Build and continuously improve Rypples OS, the playbook for scaling ocean innovation • Make Rypples AI-native

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as Chief of Staff to a founder-CEO at a fast-growing startup, or experience as a founder • AI proficiency • Experience building agents and workflows that changed how a team works • Ability to build fast, with a working version in days rather than a plan in weeks • Credibility with CEOs and senior operators • Clear written and verbal communication • Deep care about the ocean and the planet
