📋 Description

• Build, launch, and scale affiliate and partnership programs • Recruit, onboard, and nurture affiliate partners, publishers, influencers, and strategic partners • Identify new partnership opportunities that drive customer acquisition • Manage day-to-day affiliate relationships and optimize partner performance • Negotiate commission structures, incentives, and promotional campaigns • Analyze affiliate performance and make data-driven recommendations • Monitor fraud, compliance, and program quality • Coordinate with marketing, creative, and product teams on launches and promotions • Prepare regular reports on revenue, ROAS, partner performance, and growth opportunities • Stay updated on industry trends, affiliate platforms, and competitive programs

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing affiliate or partnership programs • Experience supporting eCom & DTC brands • Experience with platforms such as ShareASale, Awin, Everflow, or similar • Experience working with influencers, creators, or ambassador programs • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills • Comfortable working with data, reporting, and performance metrics • Highly organized and able to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously • Self-driven
