📋 Description

• Build and execute the named-account strategy for federal and strategic hyperscaler partners • Drive sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with motions • Build measurable partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline • Collaborate with partner team to build federal partner enablement programs • Create joint solutions with product, engineering, and partners • Design and launch partner enablement for scaling impact • Use AI systems for operational efficiencies • Represent Deepgram externally at industry events • Partner cross-functionally to accelerate revenue

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in partner management, alliances, business development, or federal enterprise sales • 3–5 years directly owning SI/prime or hyperscaler federal relationships • Proven record scaling federal SI/prime relationships from zero • Strong command of how federal SIs/primes operate • Fluency with the federal AI landscape • Hands-on AI-native operator • Excellent executive presence • Analytical rigor • Self-directed and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
