📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day coordination across all project workstreams • Support the Project Manager in overall project execution • Prepare materials for internal and external meetings • Track progress against milestones and support donor reporting • Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams • Support engagement with global, regional, and country-level stakeholders • Coordinate implementation of communities of practice (CoPs) • Support the development, organization, and dissemination of knowledge products • Assist with formatting, editing, and quality control of project deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience; experience in global health, nonprofit, international development, vaccines, immunization programs, or multi-country/global projects preferred • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as global health, public health, international development, communications, or a related discipline • Strong project coordination and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively • High attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams • Interest in global health and advancing immunization and vaccine-related initiatives
