📋 Description

• Lead complex SUE projects from scope development through final delivery • Manage project scope, budget, schedule, staffing, risk, and client communication • Direct field execution, crew assignments, survey/mapping support, test-hole coordination, and engineering review • Coordinate with Colorado 811, utility owners, CDOT, municipalities, and other jurisdictions • Review field data, mapping/CAD, test-hole information, and deliverables for QA/QC • Identify scope gaps, schedule risks, and change-order needs • Mentor PMs, junior PMs, field leads, and technicians • Support proposals, estimating, kickoff planning, and process improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of SUE field practices and underground utility systems • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple crews and complex projects • Strong client communication, leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving skills • Ability to read and interpret civil, transportation, utility, and construction plans • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Colorado • 10+ years of SUE and utility locating/designating experience • Experience with CDOT, municipal, utility, railroad, transportation, or design-build projects • Strong working knowledge of ASCE 38-22 and Colorado 811 • Experience with AutoCAD, MicroStation, GIS/mapping, PointMan, Fulcrum, or similar tools
