📋 Description

• Lead and deliver development projects and campaign workstreams spanning strategy, creative, technology, production, digital, and media • Plan and prioritize deliverables and resources across multiple projects with creative, strategy, and technology teams • Serve as the focal point for delivery across multiple workstreams while tracking daily project activities • Collaborate with discipline team members • Use Asana, Jira, and Coda for project work • Act as a client-facing project manager and build strong client relationships • Communicate project statuses internally and externally • Manage deliverable requirements, change management, and risk management • Oversee multiple digital campaign projects • Build and communicate project timelines to meet launch dates • Ensure projects meet objectives, remain on time and on budget, and maintain quality and integrity • Monitor risks and scope creep, identify potential problems, and proactively develop solutions • Identify client needs and link approaches and solutions to objectives and future needs • Manage client expectations, deliver high-quality service, and act on client feedback • Document project status and strategic recommendations and escalate issues through appropriate channels • Identify opportunities, deliver improvements, and follow project management methodologies and processes • Work with resource management to staff teams responsibly and within budget

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing multiple interactive projects from discovery and design through technical development and implementation • Experience managing budgets, burn reports, and writing SOWs • Experience in management or mentorship • Previous agency experience • Experience on creative projects • Ability to manage projects end to end autonomously • Experience with agile methodologies • Experience with team management, task allocation, and prioritization • Understanding of team composition based on project roles and capabilities • Experience with Asana, Jira, and Coda • Figma experience is nice to have • Must be able to work remotely within the United States • This role is not available for hire or work in New Mexico, Montana, Alaska, or Hawaii
