📋 Description

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business partners • Develop and implement recruiting strategies focused on hiring quality candidates • Advise hiring managers and business partners as a talent subject matter expert • Review and screen candidates against agreed-upon criteria • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using market intelligence • Deliver full-cycle recruitment services across roles and business units • Leverage ATS, Paradox, and sourcing tools to automate and improve hiring workflows • Use data to provide actionable insights and talent strategies • Communicate recruiting updates clearly and proactively • Identify recruiting KPI gaps and drive continuous improvement • Contribute to recruiting process enhancement projects • Adapt to hourly and salaried recruiting needs across teams • Mentor and support peer recruiters • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, legal requirements, and company policies

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience for Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner • 4–6 years of experience in an internal talent acquisition program or third-party staffing agency/search firm for Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner • 1–3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience for Talent Acquisition Partner • Expected to work Eastern Standard Time hours and flex to meet business needs • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree • Preferred: 1–3 years of experience as a Talent Partner, demonstrating ability to influence and drive business decisions
