📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for non-tech roles from intake through offer acceptance • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies • Source and engage high-quality talent through LinkedIn and other sourcing channels • Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system • Partner with recruiters, coordinators, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive hiring priorities • Contribute to recruiting process improvements, documentation, and scalable team initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with 2+ years of in-house experience • Experience recruiting for legal, finance, and GTM roles • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners • Experience with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruiting data • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience • Current authorization to work in the United States • Bonus: Experience recruiting within robotics, AI, autonomous systems, or other deep technology industries • Bonus: Experience supporting high-growth engineering organizations • Bonus: Passion for exceptional candidate experience • Bonus: Curiosity, proactivity, and continuous recruiting-process improvement • Bonus: Commitment to an inclusive and equitable hiring experience
