📋 Description

• Manage the recruitment lifecycle for offshore and field-based positions from sourcing and screening through offer, credential collection and onboarding • Recruit offshore personnel against live client requirements • Identify quality candidates through targeted outreach, job boards, online databases and social media • Build and maintain strong talent pools • Screen candidates for relevant experience, technical competency, availability, certifications, medicals and mobilisation requirements • Conduct interviews assessing suitability, interest, qualifications and compensation expectations • Maintain regular candidate communication and provide a professional, responsive candidate experience • Work with Project Managers, hiring managers and operational teams to understand requirements and provide recruitment updates • Maintain accurate candidate, vacancy and requisition records in the applicant tracking system • Support offer preparation, background checks, onboarding and new-hire documentation • Develop trusted relationships with offshore personnel and maintain an active network for future assignments • Contribute to recruitment strategy, process improvements and project kick-off meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in offshore recruitment • Full-cycle recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding • Strong understanding of the urgency and operational demands involved in supplying personnel to offshore projects • Knowledge of offshore training, certification, competency and mobilisation requirements • Strong candidate sourcing, networking and relationship-building skills • Ability to manage multiple urgent vacancies and respond effectively to changing priorities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail, organisation and record-management skills • Confidence using Microsoft Office, recruitment technology and applicant tracking systems • Experience with ClearCompany ATS would be advantageous • Proactive, customer-focused approach and strong sense of urgency • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos • Ability to write correspondence • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables where only limited standardization exists • Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions
