📋 Description

• Lead a team supporting field, contact center, or supply chain recruiting and selection activities • Drive team performance through leadership and coaching of KPIs and talent acquisition competencies • Hire, develop, train, and engage direct reports at various levels • Analyze KPIs and additional data to assess team performance and trends • Develop creative and customized talent acquisition strategies using data and competitive intelligence • Identify challenges and drive resolution through solution development • Partner with business leaders to develop talent sourcing and assessment strategies • Influence leaders and business partners to adopt effective hiring processes • Work cross-functionally with the COE on advertising strategy and budget recommendations • Drive adoption and utilization of recruitment tools • Lead projects supporting team initiatives and continuous improvement • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience required • 4–6 years of experience required • Previous talent acquisition and leadership experience preferred • Workday experience preferred • Strong written, verbal presentation, and negotiation skills
