📋 Description

• Own the customer outcome for proactive care from validated problem to commercial product through every stage gate • Turn activity, mobility, sleep, and routine signals into decisions care teams can act on • Work closely with AI, design, engineering, clinical, and Customer Success teams • Uncover needs across executive directors, wellness directors, caregivers, and clinical staff • Test concepts with care staff before committing engineering resources • Define MVPs, run alpha and beta programs, and set clear exit criteria at each stage gate • Design intervention workflows fitting caregiver routines, including inside EHR and eCall systems • Establish signal-quality standards, favoring precision over volume and augmenting clinical judgment • Respect resident privacy, consent, and dignity in every workflow • Link interventions to reduced hospitalizations, lower liability, longer length of stay, and addressable care gaps • Take proven product bets to expansion with Sales and Customer Success • Own outcomes including a validated product in market, proactive care alpha/beta, earlier detection, and faster caregiver action

🎯 Requirements

• Taken a product (not a feature) from 0→1 to commercial adoption • Typically 6+ years in product or equivalent, though equivalent experience may qualify • Experience building for clinical, caregiving, or other high-stakes operational workflows • Data and ML literacy, including precision/recall tradeoffs • Ability to make signals clear to non-technical users • Bias for prototyping and testing with real users early • Commercial acumen and ability to tie outcomes to ROI for enterprise buyers • Strongly preferred: senior living or post-acute experience, a clinical background, or EHR-integrated products
