📋 Description

• Provide expert toxicology consultations by phone, email, and chat to veterinarians and other veterinary clinic professionals. • Document cases in electronic medical records system. • Support and guide veterinary support and technician staff in the contact center. • Collaborate with veterinarian coworkers on case management. • Participate in comprehensive training from day one to help prepare and ensure success in the role.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Minnesota veterinary license or ability to obtain one upon hire • 3+ years of clinical experience; emergency or internship experience strongly preferred • Clear, compassionate communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills. • Strong critical thinker who can juggle complex, fast-moving cases. • Must be able to gather and analyze complex information and have sound and accurate judgement. • Strong attention to detail, multitasking and accuracy • Advanced proficiency with keyboarding, PCs, Microsoft Office and common computer software and hardware. • Ability to work varying shifts as assigned including days, evenings and holidays. • Remote employees must also be able to meet all remote work requirements as described below.
