• Develop and lead the organizational change management strategy for the Finance Transformation program using ADKAR principles • Maintain an integrated change roadmap aligned to program milestones and deployment waves • Define change management success metrics and adoption KPIs, and report on them throughout the program • Partner with executive sponsors to drive visible leadership engagement • Identify organizational adoption risks and build mitigation plans • Lead change impact assessments across corporate and venue operations • Build stakeholder impact profiles and readiness plans for impacted functions • Define business readiness criteria and run readiness reviews for deployment phases and rollout waves • Track and report readiness metrics and support go/no-go decisions • Partner with business leaders to close readiness gaps before go-live • Own stabilization and adoption monitoring after go-live • Build and lead the Change Champion Network • Own audience-tailored communications, training programs, and adoption materials • Measure training effectiveness and adoption through knowledge assessments and usage metrics • Support adoption of new reporting capabilities and automation • Own post-go-live reinforcement to sustain behavior change • Work with the Program Owner, Senior Project Manager, finance process owners, FP&A, Corporate Technology, Human Resources, and venue leadership • Present to the Steering Committee
• 8+ years in organizational change management on enterprise technology programs • At least one ERP implementation • Experience driving adoption across a distributed or multi-site organization • Working fluency in finance process • Experience recovering adoption on a system already in production • Ability to build and sustain a champion or super-user network • Ability to report unfavorable readiness status to executive stakeholders under schedule pressure • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field • Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent certification preferred • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations preferred • Experience in sports, entertainment, hospitality, or venue operations preferred • Training content development and learning management system experience preferred
