📋 Description

• Provide strategic financial leadership across multiple contracts and operating companies within the United States • Oversee Senior Financial Analysts, the Finance Manager, and indirectly Project Accountants • Partner with executive leadership, operational vice presidents, program executives, and corporate stakeholders • Provide financial guidance, strategic recommendations, and actionable business insights • Identify business risks and opportunities and support operational and financial objectives • Support strategic initiatives, contract expansions, acquisitions, and business transformation • Present financial performance, forecasts, and key initiatives to executive leadership • Lead team coaching, performance expectations, development plans, and succession strategies • Review and validate financial models, forecasts, analyses, and reporting packages • Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting across contracts, operating companies, and business units • Develop integrated financial models and improve forecast accuracy • Review and communicate budget, forecast, and actual variances affecting revenue, expenses, EBITDA, and cash flow • Oversee monthly financial reporting packages, dashboards, KPIs, and executive scorecards • Monitor contract profitability, labor utilization, revenue realization, and operating margins • Oversee billing processes, revenue recognition, accounts receivable, collections, contract funding, and working capital • Lead complex analyses for pricing, contract renewals, investments, operational performance, and growth opportunities • Support scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, business modeling, long-range planning, due diligence, and integration planning • Lead process improvements, automation, finance transformation, internal controls, governance, and reporting standardization • Drive optimization of SAP BYD, Anaplan, Power BI, Concur, and related financial platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required • 8–12 years of progressive experience in FP&A, contract financial management, corporate finance, or related finance roles • Minimum 2–4 years of leadership experience managing finance professionals • Experience supporting multiple business units, operating companies, or contract-based organizations required • Experience interacting with executive leadership teams and presenting financial information to senior stakeholders • CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent professional designation preferred • Experience with enterprise financial systems, including SAP BYD, Anaplan, ADP, Concur, and Power BI preferred • Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical capabilities • Expert-level Excel skills including scenario modeling and driver-based planning • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Power BI, and executive-level presentation development • Comprehensive understanding of U.S. GAAP, revenue recognition principles, billing structures, and accrual accounting • Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and business performance metrics • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing finance teams • Strong executive presence and ability to influence decision-making at senior levels • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with financial and non-financial stakeholders • Strategic thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment • Highly collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented leadership style
