📋 Description

• Develop new equipment finance and leasing business throughout the assigned territory • Build and expand relationships with commercial vehicle dealers, equipment vendors, and referral partners • Generate opportunities through existing relationships and consistent new-business development • Work directly with customers to understand their equipment and financing needs • Structure and present financing solutions that support customer objectives • Manage opportunities from initial prospecting through credit approval, documentation, and funding • Maintain an active pipeline and provide accurate production forecasts • Coordinate with credit, documentation, and operations to deliver a responsive customer experience • Attend dealer meetings, industry events, and customer appointments • Travel throughout the territory as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Successful sales experience in equipment finance, commercial vehicle finance, transportation finance, or a closely related field • Established relationships with commercial vehicle dealers, specialty-truck dealers, equipment vendors, or fleet operators • Demonstrated ability to originate and close equipment finance transactions • Strong understanding of commercial credit, leasing, and equipment finance structures • Proven ability to develop a territory and generate new business independently • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills • Organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple transactions • Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory • Residence within the territory is preferred • At least three years of sales experience in equipment finance, commercial vehicle finance, or transportation finance
